PrepSchool is for anyone interested in learning more about the essential education necessary to thrive in a retail flower shop. If you are a flower shop owner, and don't have the time or energy to mentor a new employee (or take an existing employee to the next level) this is your answer! PrepSchool is founded by flower shop owners who have mentored their own staff into valuable assets of the team. With the right training and practice, true potential is reached; talented designers and sales experts blossom. We want to share our expertise so that this industry keeps thriving!

One license gives you access to the full suite of educational tools, for as many employees that you wish to train, forever. We can also create separate profiles for each team member so that individual progress is measured.

How does forever sound?

Once enrolled, you'll have lifetime access to all course content, the community, and all future updates to the courses.

Upon enrollment, you’ll receive an invitation for orientation with Lori. She will guide you through course implementation, best practices, and a roadmap for success.

In addition, you’re invited to attend our Mentor Office Hours held frequently. These Zoom meetings are a place where we'll answer your questions, troubleshoot roadblocks, and offer feedback on your progress. If you need even more in-depth design mentorship with Vonda, you may purchase virtual sessions for an additional fee.

We also have a private group for all of our students - to share ideas, progress, and get advice from us and the community!

The courses are broken up into modules, so it’s very easy to complete one module + practice in under an hour. Following along with the workbook makes it very user-friendly.

The courses work best if your employees watch a few videos or one module, while taking notes, and then take that information and put it into practice during the workday. If you pack too much learning into one day, it’s easy for a student to get overwhelmed and likely forget much of it. We recommend going slow and steady to really get the most out of the lessons.

The videos are packed full of information, yet we stayed true to our word of keeping them short! If I had to give you a short answer: A new employee should be able to complete the training within a few weeks, watching then implementing.
