How long does the training take?

The course is broken up into modules, so it’s very easy to complete one module in under an hour. Following along with the workbook makes the course very user-friendly.

The courses work best if your employees watch a few videos or one module at most, while taking notes, and then take that information and put it into practice during the workday. If you pack too much learning into one day, it’s easy for a student to get overwhelmed and likely forget much of it. We recommend going slow and steady to really get the most out of the lessons.

The videos are packed full of information, yet we stayed true to our word of keeping them short! If I had to give you a short answer: A new employee should be able to complete the training within a few weeks, watching then implementing.
