I’m Lori, and I’m gonna be completely honest - training employees can be exhausting.
I started in this industry over ten years ago and quickly realized the business owners that I was talking to, day after day, have way too much on their plate to do it all on their own.
my biggest passion is connection. we all crave it - we all need it. but not all of us are natural-born communicators. and great communication is the key to great sales.
as a teacher in my previous career, I believe that every employee can be taught - with the right tools and the proper guidance - in just weeks, not months.
